From the beginning of time, God the Father of Jesus Christ, has given men their lineage. Herein the Perla Cemetery lies the remains of
many of our ancestors, and the history of our families. Let us not forget their lives and the past, for it is their past that has brought
us to this present day. And always remember we serve an amazing and mighty God that desires to have a relationship with us, and has promised
life in abundance on this earth and Life eternal if we believe and keep his sacred commandments. So to him be the glory, honor, and praise
for all things. Amen!
Upon the Passing of my Father Willie James, It was put on my heart to create this Perla Cemetery website.
Dad started me on my journey of becoming an Electronics Engineer and inspired me to be the best man I possibly could become. Mom taught
me to be a man of God and the consequences of not following the path of righteousness. I have been blessed to have both of my parents in
my life and I will always be grateful for the time I have and had with them both. Dad will be sorely missed by the family but will never
be forgotten. And for this reason, I have dedicated this website creation in his Name. Love you so much "Pop"!

Interment's 'About Me' bio Pages
If you have specific videos, picture compulations, or would like your loved one's Funneral Program Obituary featured in a slideshow, please
contact us at the Email or Phone Number below. Families can provide a video of up to 10 minutes to us, or our staff can create a
video for you.
- Family members are allowed to upload the original Main Photo and Headstone Photos for up to 2 designated related intermits. This is called being a Guardian.
You must fill out the registration in the top right corner of the website and check box Guardian in order to be approved as a Guardian. There is a small
yearly fee for guardianship.
Please note,there is no fee for us to upload the original Main Photo and Headstone Photo for initial setup. You can simply email us the photos.
- There is a 1 time per update fee for the Funneral Program Obituary slideshow to be displayed on your loved one's About Me page.
- There is a 1 time per update fee for a Video to be displayed on your loved one's About Me page.
* Because of security reasons and potential coruption of the database, there are functions we cannot allow a user to perform.
** Videos take alot of disk space on the server and we are limited to the amount of data space allowed. Fees charged will help us adjust
to the rising cost of server storage fees required in keeping the Perla Cemetery website available.
Operational Facts
Mrs. Bernice Wilson has been the Sexton (Overseer) of the records and operational duties of the Perla Cemetery for many years.
She has been a great help to the Perla Cemetery Preservation Society and has been a great resource for information regarding the
history of the cemetery and the interments that have taken place over the years.
Perla Cemetery needs your continuous support in order to provide upkeep. Working together we can
continue to maintain its operations and preserve its history.
Facts:
The position of Sexton (Overseer) is a volunteer position and is not paid. The Perla Cemetery Preservation Society is non-profit
and is also run by volunteers. The Perla Cemetery Preservation Society has no paid employees and relies on donations to help maintain
the cemetery grounds and to help with the preservation of the cemetery.
Grave Site Fees: 100% of the fees collected for grave sites go directly to the Perla Cemetery Preservation Society to
help maintain the cemetery grounds and to help with the preservation of the cemetery. The Perla Cemetery Preservation Society does not
receive any funding from the City of Malvern or any other government entity.
Donations: 100% of the fees collected from donations go directly to the upkeep of the cemetery.
Online Website Maintenance: Which include monthly fees to GoDaddy & Server fees to other providers, updating the Perla
interment database, and continued modifications to insure accurate online records, is 100% maintained by SJ Modern Solutions, LLC. owned
by Steve James, a native of Malvern, living in Little Rock, Arkansas.
SJ Modern Solutions, charges a small fee for updating personal interment records, such as adding pictures, video, and obituaries to
individual interment records. Simple name changes, initial Main and Headstone Photos, location and information updates are free of charge.
